$300 for a standard test. That includes one air samples of the interior and one of the exterior (control), or two surface samples if air is not needed.

 

Additional samples are $65 each.

 

Same day results are available $30 extra per sample for 8:30am appointments only.

Next day service is $15 per sample ($30 for a basic standard test)

We do travel outside of the Sacramento area. Please inquire about price outside of the Sacramento area.

Crawlspace test is $250  in addition to cost of sample(s). Please note that crawlspace is not a substitute for a home inspection or an inspection by a appropriate tradesperson such as a plumber.

Attic test is $75 in addition to cost of sample(s).
